We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all Make filters. If your product fails due to manufacturing defects at any time, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, simply contact us with your order number and a photo or description of the issue. We’ll send you instructions for postage-collect return shipping and ship your replacement promptly once we receive the defective unit.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Filtration Disclaimer

Our filter is designed to remove up to 99.9% of micro and nano plastics down to <1μm. However, we do not warrant 100% filtration of all contaminants under all conditions.
